This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
So, soon I'm investing a bit more cash into the hobby, and getting two, maybe three more lenses. They are, in the order I'll purchase them:
Sigma 105mm Macro, to expand on my interest in this area of photography - I get the feeling I'll get a lot of enjoyment out of this lens!
Canon 55-250mm, a pretty low-budget telephoto lens, however it's not a range I'll use too often so it's not economical to invest in one of the 70-200 L lenses, and the results seem pretty good for the price. It'll be nice to have an equivalent focal length of 400mm available for any wildlife shots - 80mm is a tad limiting for that!
Canon 50mm f/1.8, a lens that there's really no excuse to be without. Cheap and cheerful, sharp prime lens, that'll be perfect for experimenting with portraiture. And if it doesn't work out, can be sold for about a £10-£20 loss as long as it's looked after. What's not to like?
I decided on going for lenses over lighting equipment, since I'll undoubtedly use them more. Hopefully I should be acquiring them over the next month - It'll be refreshing to have some new gear to experiment with!
That's about it for the update...Hope you're all having a good summer!
hey, your photography skills are amazing and you have a beautiful gallery! i was wondering if i could use your photograph 'untitled owl' as a reference for a pencil drawing. The drawing will not be sold or made prints will not be made. Credit will be given for your photograph, either way i respect your decision. Thanks!
